Click on Root & you're done.

Note :- USB Debugging should be enabled in your Mobile.

Step 2. Install ClockWordMod Recovery. (Again if not already installed)
Install ROM Manager by ClockWordMod from Google Play Store (Itz Free). Click on Flash ClockWorkMod Recovery option & download the latest update.

Step 3. Download the Ice Cream Sandwich ROM.
Download Oxygen ICS ROM 1.1.0 (Link Updated) & save it in your SDCARD.

Tip :- Check out this area to Download the latest version of Oxygen ICS ROM.

Step 4. Enter Recovery mode. (This is mandatory :)
a) Select the Reboot into Recovery Option in ROM Manager app to boot into Recovery mode.

Tip :- An alternate way to enter Recovery mode is by holding VOL DOWN + HOME + POWER keys simultaneously

b) On recovery main menu select Backup/restore -> Nand backup. This will make a full backup of your existing ROM, and save it to the SD card. You can restore from this backup, if something gets messed up with the installation.

Tip :- Inside recovery mode, use Volume key at right side of phone to scroll up and down & Power button to select an option.

c) Now go back to main menu and do a full wipe by selecting the following:
Wipe All data/factory reset
Wipe /cache
Wipe Dalvik-cache

d) Again go back to main menu and select Flash zip menu -> Choose zip from SD card -> then select the zip file you copied earlier to flash Android ICS.

e) Once it’s finished, go back to main menu and select Reboot system now.

Thats it....Enjoyyyy the new Android Flavour...
